By Environment Canada. Download a compressed self-extracting file called Tables.exe and expand it into the following 4 dBase tables: ChemCode.Dbf, ProvCode.Dbf, CS12Code.Dbf, and CSICCode.Dbf. The ChemCode table can be used to link the CAS number in the Substance table to an English or French substance name. The ProvCode links the two digit province codes to the Canadian province name in French and English. The CS12Code has a listing of the 2-digit Canadian SIC codes and their description. The CSICCode has a listing of the 4-digit Canadian SIC codes and their description as well as the corresponding 4-digit US SIC code and their description. These tables contain descriptions in both French and English. The tables are from Canada's NPRI (National Pollutant Release Inventory).

TSCA Interagency Testing Committee (ITC) Tracking Database and Priority List
By TSCA Interagency Testing Committee. Provides information on chemicals regulated under TSCA. The TSCA Interagency Testing Committee (ITC) is an independent advisory committee to the US EPA Administrator. It was created in 1976 to: 1) screen, evaluate and review chemicals regulated by TSCA (mostly industrial chemicals that are not exclusively used, for example, as pesticides, food additives, drugs, etc), 2) determine which of them needs data (since 1989 data needed by U.S. Government) and 3) add them to the Priority Testing List and recommend them in semiannual Reports to the EPA Administrator. The ITC’s process for reviewing and reporting the information is an interactive one, involving EPA, industry, trade and special interest groups, and the public.
